Business Manager HR


Functie

YOUR ROLE:


Your role as a Business Manager will contain three different aspects:

Business Management

  • You will be responsible for both account management of existing clients as well as new business development.
  • You will need to contact prospects to generate new business.
  • You will negotiate conditions of collaboration and proposals with our customers, manage sales contracts.
  • You will attend networking events to stay aware of the latest trends in the industry & digital worlds.

Recruitment

  • You will participate and attend candidate interviews to qualify candidates.
  • You will participate to recruitment effort in sourcing the right profiles when necessary.
  • You will attend recruitment events (job fairs, inhouse events...) together with our Talent Acquisition Team.

People management

  • As Business Manager, you will be responsible to manage the consultants working for our clients. This includes being in regular contact with your consultant teams to guarantee a strong relationship, attending their needs and answering their requests when needed.
  • This also includes: carrying out regular project follow-ups with both our consultants & customers to keep track on the project status.
  • Performing yearly evaluation for your team of consultants.


Jouw profiel

  • You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Management or equivalent.
  • You have a first professional experience in a consulting company or in another company with at least sales and recruitment tasks.
  • You are fully proficient in English AND French and/or Dutch
  • You are a teamplayer, a challenger and a strong communicator.
  • You are client-oriented.
  • You are eager to learn and result-oriented.
  • Opleidingsnoden van het personeel verzamelen en samenvatten
  • Behandeling van tuchtmaatregelen en relaties met wettelijke instanties opvolgen (arbeidsinspectie, arbeidsrechtbank, ...)
  • Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties, ...)
  • De sociale verkiezingen organiseren
  • De activiteiten van een team coördineren
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Werving (cv's sorteren, antwoorden op kandidaturen, ...)
  • Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
    De wettelijke aangifte indienen
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Pensioen en groepsverzekering
  • Contracten voor de outsourcing van diensten opvolgen (betaling, werving, opleiding, ...)
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Opleiding (deelnemers oproepen, zalen reserveren, ...)
  • Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
  • Het administratieve personeelsbeheer opvolgen: Interne verschuivingen, overplaatsing
  • Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
  • Loongegevens invoeren (premies, uitkeringen, maandelijkse salarissen, inhoudingen, ...)
    Loonstrookjes controleren
